End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Please read this License Agreement carefully before installing or using WheelSkip. By installing, copying, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
1. License Grant
WheelSkip grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software for your own internal personal or business use and not for resale, redistribution, or service bureau use, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
2. Trial and Registration
WheelSkip may provide a free trial version with no time limit.
The unregistered version may display occasional tooltip reminders indicating that the software is not registered.
To remove these reminders and unlock the full registered experience, you must purchase a license.
3. Activation and Verification
The Software may require online activation and periodic license verification.
For this purpose, it may transmit limited technical data such as your license key, device identifier, and software version.
4. Device and User Limitations
- 4.1 A single license permits use by one user on one device at a time.
- 4.2 You may transfer the license to a new device that you own, provided that the Software is first deactivated or completely removed from the previous device.
- 4.3 WheelSkip reserves the right to limit excessive license transfers.
- 4.4 Simultaneous use on multiple devices requires additional licenses.
5. Updates
The Software may automatically check for and install updates.
WheelSkip may modify, update, or discontinue features of the Software at any time without liability to you.
6. Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software (except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law).
- Modify, adapt, create derivative works of, distribute, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Software.
- Bypass, modify, or defeat any licensing, activation, or copy protection mechanisms.
7. Ownership and Intellectual Property
The Software is licensed, not sold.
WheelSkip and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights.
8. Data and Privacy
The Software operates locally and does not collect or transmit user activity data such as browsing history or video usage.
However, limited technical data may be transmitted solely for license activation and verification purposes.

9. Payment and Refunds
All purchases are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date by contacting support@wheelskip.com.
Upon issuance of a refund, your license will be immediately revoked, and you must cease all use of the Software.
10. Disclaimer of Warranty
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WHEELSKIP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WHEELSKIP BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHATSOEVER.
IN ANY CASE, WHEELSKIP’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR USD $10 IF NO PAYMENT WAS MADE.
12. Termination
This license terminates immediately if you violate any term of this Agreement.
Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Software and destroy or delete all copies in your possession.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America.
The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) shall not apply.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Delaware.
